Games Of Thrones
"Game of Thrones” is a new original HBO series based on George R.R. Martin’s best-selling novels. In a world where summers span decades and winters can last a lifetime, the Westeros crown comes with a price. Betrayal, lust, intrigue and supernatural forces shake the four corners of the Kingdom, from the scheming south and the savage eastern lands, to the frozen north and the ancient Wall that protects the realm from the darkness beyond. Kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars and noble men vie for power in the bloody struggle for the Iron Throne.
Bronn, played by Jerome, is a low-born sellsword of great skill. He has a lean, wolfish appearance, a black sense of humor, and a pragmatic, thoroughly amoral philosophy. The series due to premiere in 2011 and will have ten episodes in its first season. Production resumes on July 26, 2010 in Belfast, Ireland.

With Thanks My dear friends,
I wanted to thank you so very much for your wonderful support both emotionally and financially in helping me do the Great North Run, which I took part in a couple of weeks back. It was a very special day, made the more special by having my sister Kerry as a companion for the whole thirteen miles. This was also my saving grace as, if she had not been there, I would have gone off at a pace that for a man with no training, would have probably seen me collapse in a heap come the ten mile mark.
As it was we stayed at a healthy ten minute mile pace that meant I could complete the race in a reasonable state without too many damaging after effects. It was also wonderful to raise over a thousand pounds for Christian Aid, which is pretty darned good considering I only put the call out with a week to go. So again thank you so much for the fantastic response, it really did make a huge difference to how I felt about the whole adventure.
For now I wish you all a wonderful golden autumn wherever you are....
In love and gratitude

Fundraising to help raise money for Christian Aid This is a very late notice plea for help raising some money. I am going to run the Great North Run on Sunday 20th Sept 2009 for Christian Aid. This was decided a few months ago but then I got injured and thought it wouldn't be possible. However, the injury is not so bad now and it's a special race. Also because I promised my sister Kerry I would run it with her to celebrate her turning fifty in March. So despite having no training at all except a daily swim in the Irish sea..I have decided to go for it..and take it very easy.
It would be great to raise some money for Christian Aid, who are a fantastic charity with no limitations of race or creed to whom they help. They are presently trying to pour as much aid as possible into the crisis in Kenya where hundreds of thousands are on the brink of death due to the severe water shortage..So for this reason alone it is worth having a couple of stiff legs after the run. Thank you so much in anticipation for whatever you may be able to raise, however little...it will be most appreciated, not least by our brothers and sisters in Kenya.
With all my love
Jerome x
